ATF/STATE Compliance & Regulations
It is the customer’s responsibility to understand all state and federal laws regarding firearms and accessories. State law restrictions include things such as magazine capacity, firearm restrictions, and ammo restrictions.
Shyda’s Outdoor Center abides by all state and federal laws. We WILL NOT replace high capacity magazines with state compliant magazines. We DO NOT offer refunds in place of the magazines. If something is not available in your state, please do not try to purchase it in our store or online.
You must be 21 or older to purchase any items from our online store. All firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL dealer. Do not try to purchase a firearm if you cannot pass a background check.
