Non-corrosive, all weather primers deliver fast, dependable ignition under any shooting condition. Winchester works to make sure all primers are reliable, instant and precise. In Winchester testing labs, primers are constantly and rigorously tested for consistency and sensitivity at temperatures and conditions far beyond the range of normal usage. Winchester guarantees better sensitivity for more positive firing in all guns, carefully-controlled weights of primer mixtures, consistency in size and quality, precise measurements and tolerances for anvil heights, and stability in extremes of temperatures and humidity. A “hazardous material” fee of per shipping container must be added to all shipments of primers. Primers and powder may be shipped together.

 

Special Shipping Instructions

Powders and primers require a hazardous material (HAZMAT) handling fee. $25.50 UPS Hazmat Fee, $29.00 Fedex Hazmat Fee (FedEx Hazmat shipments require signature upon delivery). You choose your preferred carrier at checkout. To keep shipping costs to a minimum, powders and primers may be shipped together. Total powder weight cannot exceed 48 lbs. per shipping box. Total primer variety cannot exceed three types. Total shipping box weight cannot exceed 70 lbs. A HAZMAT fee per shipping box will be applied to all powder and primer shipments. If more than one hazmat fee applies you will be contacted by email or phone. Ground shipping charges still apply (determined by weight and destination). Hazardous Materials cannot be returned.
