THE XL750
Introducing the Feature-Packed XL750 Progressive Reloader by Dillon
The XL750 by Dillon represents a significant advancement in reloading technology. This five-station progressive reloader offers automatic indexing and can be enhanced with optional features such as an automatic casefeeder and powder-level sensor. It is available in a wide range of popular pistol and rifle calibers, spanning from 32ACP to belted magnums.
Building upon the success of its predecessor, the XL650, the XL750 is the result of extensive customer feedback and years of meticulous refinement. Dillon diligently listened to their valued customers, incorporating their most cherished suggestions into the design. Every exceptional idea, both from Dillon and their customers, was thoroughly tested and integrated into the XL650.
Now, with the XL750, Dillon has taken it a step further. This new model boasts expanded caliber capabilities, allowing reloaders to tackle an even broader range of ammunition. Additionally, the priming system has been improved, making it easier than ever to switch between different priming options.
Experience the excellence of the XL750 by Dillon, a progressive reloader that combines innovation, customer input, and rigorous testing to deliver unparalleled performance. Choose from the extensive selection of available calibers and enjoy the convenience of an advanced priming system. Elevate your reloading experience with the XL750—a worthy successor that surpasses expectations.
Capable of loading 500 to 800 rounds per hour, its five stations will perform the following reloading operations simultaneously: Station 1 resizes and deprimes the case; Station 2 primes, flares the case and dispenses powder; Station 3 can be equipped with a powder check system or a bullet feeder; Station 4 seats the bullet; and Station 5 crimps the bullet into place. The XL750 uses standard 7/8-14 threaded dies, as long as they deprime in the size die.
The XL750’s shellplate is mechanically indexed when the handle is cycled, and the operator must either utilize the optional casefeeder or fill the casefeed tube manually. Cases are mechanically inserted at Station 1 and the operator must manually place a projectile at Station 4 before cycling the handle each time during the reloading process.
The basic machine includes the following: The machine, a powder measure with standard small and large powder bars (small bar installed); a priming system with large and small priming parts ; one large and one small primer pick-up tube; one early warning buzzer and rod for priming system; one toolhead; one powder die; one loaded-cartridge bin; one set of standard Allen wrenches; and an instruction manual.

THE RL1100
The newest high-speed progressive reloader in our line – the RL1100 – features an eccentric roller bearing for smoother operation while increasing the force and longevity of the machine. Through Dillon’s commitment to quality and design, the RL1100 features a more robust primer pocket swaging system. The swaging rod diameter has been increased and changed to a wear-resistant steel with a replaceable tip.
A new shellplate indexing system creates a more precise and smoother movement, helping to reduce case wobble and powder spillage. In addition, the primer pocket station locator is now spring loaded – this allows you to easily remove cases at the primer station.
With Dillon’s commitment to quality, we’ve increased the rigidity of the toolhead with a larger flange washer and increased the base frame for a more rigid and stable foundation.
In addition to improving the design of the RL1100, we added our new variable speed casefeeder, which gives you twice the speed as the original design. We’ve always known that some of you want to automate your machines and the RL1100 its more than capable of handling it – without voiding the two-year factory warranty! Adding a DA3000 autodrive from our sister company, Dillon Automation, will increase your output to a whole new level. Available in all popular handgun calibers and rifle calibers up to an overall length of 2.75”, the RL1100 comes set up in one caliber of your choice with an automatic casefeeder. Quite simply, our best, for those who’ll accept nothing less.
